Cancellation Due To Weather
Any scheduled trip may be cancelled at the discretion of the captain due to weather or any other circumstances. All deposits or prepayments are refundable for trips cancelled by the captain. This does not include trips started and cut short due to client request, rule violations or inclement weather.
Outside 7 Days
Guests cancelling a charter before 7 days prior to a scheduled trip may receive a full refund.
7 Days to 48 Hours
Guests cancelling a charter within 7 days to 48 hours prior to a scheduled trip may apply prepayments toward a future charter.
